Responsibilities

- Relationship Building:

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to create sales forecasts.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services.
